How it works?
Voice Billing works by making a phone call or sending a SMS enter their pin code issued by our system displayed in their native language. Surfers are then able to access the content area. Using our voice billing solution you will have true worldwide billing without the need to decline "high risk" countries or deny a user access because his credit card got declined.

Reasons why internet surfers do not spend as much money as they would like to do is very often related to the fact that a majority of the population in the world simply do not have a credit card. Many will not use it in fear of fraud or that their family will find out, for what they spend their money on. Using Global Accés S.L. you give your new customer the perfect opportunity to access your site without giving out any personal details, without filling out any forms and finally without risking any kind of association to the site.

There are 3 methods of user billing:

1. Drop charge number:

The user makes one call, for which he or she is charged a fixed price, and retrieves an Instant Password allowing him or her to access the members area for a certain period of time. Site owners can select the duration of access time for users for this charge.

2. Premium SMS:

Customers in certain countries can be charged by SMS, the customer send a text message, immediately after customer can click the access link and retrieve an Instant Password allowing him or her to access for a certain period of time. Site owners can select the duration of access time for users for this charge.

3. Per-minute access:

if the user is dialing a regular premium rate or similar number, your customer will be granted instant access to your content area, your customer can enjoy your site as long as he stay on the phone. Furthermore it is possible to grant additional access for customers that stay connected on the phone for a long period

Access Management

In the Pin 2 Enter access control system you are able to customize access time granted to your website should our default configuration not suit your needs. Global Accés S.L. always maintains and updates the access numbers with which the user will have the option to pay depending on the country they are in. Using our simple web interface you have the option to configure various bonuses for your customers in order to increase call duration, without giving access for a longer period than you want..

Rate type 1 - Domestic Premium Rate

In this example the credits are set to 5 minutes*, meaning that the customer must stay connected to the phone for 5 minutes before permission is given to access your content. The access time granted in this case is 60 minutes** meaning as soon as the customer has been connected for 5 minutes he is instantly awarded 60 minutes of access to his ticket. Furthermore in this setup the customer will receive additional 60 minutes of access if staying 4 minutes more on the phone. As a final point of sale to increase the user holdtime, a rule is in this case set to offer the customer 3 days unlimitted access if the user decide to stay an extra 5 minutes on the phone.
