Using our simple web interface you have the option to configure various bonuses for your customers in order to increase call duration, without giving access for a longer period than you want.

Rate type 1 - Domestic Premium Rate
In this example the credits are set to 5 minutes*, meaning that the customer must stay connected to the phone for 5 minutes before permission is given to access your content. The access time granted in this case is 60 minutes** meaning as soon as the customer has been connected for 5 minutes he is instantly awarded 60 minutes of access to his ticket. Furthermore in this setup the customer will receive additional 60 minutes of access if staying 4 minutes more on the phone. As a final point of sale to increase the user holdtime, a rule is in this case set to offer the customer 3 days unlimitted access if the user decide to stay an extra 5 minutes on the phone.
